For Australian retail orders only, we offer FREE shipping Australia wide, to all Australian addresses.
Currently, we use Australia Post standard prepaid parcel delivery.
Please note, it is important to be mindful that it may take longer to receive your order due to circumstances beyond our control, such as COVID restrictions, natural disasters or transport disruptions.
Once your parcel has been posted, we will notify you via email with the tracking details and Ricardo Reading Mouse® is not liable for orders once they leave our possession and they enter the Australia Post system

International Retail Orders Direct From Us
We are willing to ship to anywhere in the world, and at present use Sendle as our delivery provider.
However, please note that some foreign countries due to the COVID pandemic, may have closed borders to international deliveries or internal crises that may prevent ease of international parcel delivery.
International orders will incur a handling fee of $10 per order plus a postage fee based on the destination and weight of the package.
We would love to hear from you and provide you with an international order quote, so please contact us directly being sure to include which of our books you would like to order, how many you would like to order and the country where you would like the books shipped.
We will contact you as soon as possible via email with a quote for your international order. Please allow up to 48-72 hours to receive it.
Please note at this time, it is difficult to provide a table of estimated global postal delivery times on our website, so each order will be considered on an individual basis.
Upon your acceptance of the quoted international order costing, we will notify you regards how to proceed with making your payment and then upon receipt of payment, your order will be dispatched usually within 5-7 business days.
If you choose not to go ahead, your order quote will expire after 7 days and should you choose at any time in the future to enquire again, a new quote will be issued at that time.

Australian & International Wholesale Orders
We welcome wholesale orders!
Shipping or postage charges will vary depending upon the individual agreement made with each wholesaler based on aspects like location, quantity of books ordered and if any trainings and/or events have been incorporated with the wholesale order of the books for the specific individual, bookstore, kindergarten, playgroup, school etc.

Returns
Refund Policy
Our policy lasts 21 days from date of purchase and is only applicable for our 2 hard copy published books and is NOT applicable for any downloadable print and downloadable software or course products.
If 21 days have gone by since the date of your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and in its original brand-new condition/state.
To complete your return, we require a copy of your receipt or proof of purchase issued from us, to be included with your returned item.
In summary, please do not send your purchase back:
- if it is used; is damaged; is not in the same brand-new condition that you received it from us; or
- if it is being returned more than 21 days after your date of purchase;
as you will not receive a refund nor exchange.
Also, we are not responsible for any damage incurred by the postal delivery service unfortunately. Please contact your postal service if your order arrives obviously damaged by its handling and delivery.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We do not offer exchanges for a change of mind, so please select your books carefully.

Please be sure to include your full name and details and a copy of your receipt or proof of purchase. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Shipping costs for your original purchase are non-refundable. So if you are approved for a refund for your item, the original cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. In other words, you will only be refunded for the purchase price/cost of the item you are returning.
If you are shipping returned items over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
