Each of the 230 words that are taught in Ricardo’s English Word Grid™ Volume 1 are accompanied by a beautiful illustration at the beginning of each word families’ chapter, but as the chapter progresses, the illustrations are removed, leaving just the word.
Children love learning using the beautiful illustrations and find them very engaging.
They can be used to enhance the meaning or comprehension and memory of the words and also incorporated into story telling.
Simple & easy to use
Children are easily able to make words using the onset or beginning letter sound together with the rime or two letter ending sound in words.
Wordlists for all the words in each word families’ chapter are listed for easy reference in an appendiix.
The Ricardo English Word Grid™ apps incorporate interactive lessons which can be used at home or in class, on a device or whiteboard.
